What We Do

Accounting and Bookkeeping

We provide remote accounting and bookkeeping services including recording of transactions, reconciling bank and credit card statements, processing payroll, preparing time billing and material client invoices, recording payments, handling collections, assisting with sales tax and 1099 reporting and more.

Procurement and Purchasing

We assist in your purchasing process by creating purchase orders, expediting and tracking order status, as well as communicating with vendors.

Financial Reporting and Consulting

We prepare monthly and year-end financial reports for business analysis as well as project management reporting, assist with budgeting, forecasting, project profitability analysis, cash flow projections and analyzing various KPIs.

Technology

We specialize in Studio Designer, the leading digital platform for Interior design. We help with migration from other accounting systems to Studio Designer, including the initial set up, training support and ongoing assistance. We also work with other accounting systems and can help you select the right technology tools for your business.

Olga Hamm

Founding Partner

Olga has a mix of public accounting and industry experience that helps her better serve clients. Before starting HNB CPAs, she spent 7 years with Ernst & Young as an auditor serving private clients in various industries including financial services and technology, and 9 years with Lighthouse Capital Partners as a Director of Finance and Accounting. Olga holds CPA certification and has an MBA degree.

Maria Bobina

Founding Partner

Before starting HNB CPAs Maria spent almost 15 years of her career in public accounting and has been with Grant Thornton LLP for the last ten years. She has extensive experience working with companies in various industries, including technology, consumer products, and non-for profits. Maria holds CPA certification and has an MBA degree.
